St. Mark’s Lutheran Church – Operates a food pantry on Fridays from 3–5:30 p.m. People living in the 97206 ZIP code area are eligible to receive a food box once a month. Donations welcome! – 5415 SE Powell Blvd.

Atkinson PTA’s Family Resiliency Fund – Donate to support school families experiencing economic hardship. Helps with groceries, utility payments, rent, childcare, and other essential costs. Needs have increased due to ICE.

Immigrant Rights
APANO – This organization unites Asians to build power, develop leaders, and advance equity through organizing, advocacy, community development and cultural work. Its Orchards of 82nd location sits in the heart of the Jade District and at the NE corner of South Tabor. – 8188 SE Division St.
Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition – 1-888-622-1510. Call the hotline if you see ICE or if a loved one is detained. PIRC connects detained community members and their families to rapid response legal support. They also lead trainings on knowing your rights, becoming a legal observer, and accompanying immigrants to their mandatory check-ins at the ICE facility.
Defend612 – Minneapolis-based site with local and national guides on creating rapid response networks, school patrol, and community defense. (The links and resources here are offered for informational purposes only. We’ll replace them with Portland-specific info once it’s developed.)
