No Land Use Committee Meeting in January

We will not have a land use committee meeting in January. It had been scheduled for 1/19/20, but is now CANCELED. Our next scheduled land use committee meeting is 2/16/20.

There were no land use notices for South Tabor this month. Just one follow-up item:

• Missing security gates at the Powell Self Storage facility. These were required by Design Commission, but not included in the final build. After months of waiting to hear back from the Bureau of Development Services (BDS) on this, I reported it as a code violation. Per PortlandMaps, it is currently under inspection.
