Agenda
7:00 (10 min): Introductions
7:10 (25 min.): Findley Commons Good Neighbor Agreement. We will form a subcommittee to work with Do Good Multnomah (property manager of the proposed veterans housing development at the St. Mark’s Church site) to draft a good neighbor agreement with STNA that would ultimately go to the STNA board for approval. We can review a sample good neighbor agreement to get started. If you’re interested in serving on this subcommittee, please attend.
7:35 (15 min.): Safe Routes to Schools/Transportation Issues. We will form a subcommittee to work on safe routes for kids walking and biking to Atkinson, Franklin, and Kellogg. If you’re interested in serving, please attend.
7:50: Other topics:
- Ongoing construction sites (Powell Self Storage, Kellogg Middle School, Division Transit Project)
- There are no land use notices or decisions to discuss this month.
- Anything else?
