The first annual South Tabor neighborhood Garden Walk was a huge success! In spite of the extremely hot weather, neighbors turned out in droves. Add the garden walk to your calendar next year, probably earlier in the summer. Details coming soon.
The annual Harvest Festival is just around the corner! Mark your calendar for September 16th from 1pm to 6pm. Here is what you have to look forward to at this year’s Harvest Festival: veggie/plant/tool swap, 4 live bands, cornhusk doll making, FREE face painting, handmade craft vendors, neighborhood potluck, BBQ corn on the cob ($1), FREE fresh squeezed cider. Please bring a dish for the potluck. Also, if you are able to volunteer for setup and/or cleanup, please contact Duane at duanehanson1122@hotmail.com. Feel free to contact Duane with any questions.
As a general announcement, the STNA board would like neighbors to know that our open board meeting will take place from 6:00pm to 6:45pm, followed by the general association meeting from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Neighbors are welcome and encouraged to attend both sessions, but committee updates and general discussion will be reserved for the general meeting.
