The Portland Office of Violence Prevention in collaboration with Moms Demand Action and the Soul Box Project will hold the city’s annual Wear Orange event from 1–4 p.m. on June 3, 2023. at PCC Southeast (Great Hall).
Wear Orange is a nationally honored event that takes place annually during the first weekend of June. Orange has become the defining color of the gun violence prevention movement. The event will have speakers from the community — victims of gun violence, students, and others — while offering community members a chance to connect with resources and keep kids engaged and safe during the summer.
