The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) says it plans to install speed bumps on SE Woodward during the first week of December, dry weather permitting. Residents along SE Woodward will receive written notification as well.
The bureau’s speed bump installation plan is attached to the summary of our November 2019 land use committee meeting. The bumps will be installed along with “BUMPS” signs between SE 52nd and SE 75th Avenues in order to control vehicle speeds on the newly paved Neighborhood Greenway.
Pavement markings and any stop sign changes associated with the project will come later, also dry weather permitting.
