The applicant proposes to remove an approximately 0.53 acre area from the north of the approved Conditional Use site of Saint Mark’s Lutheran Church. The zoning of the approximately 0.53 acre area is R2 Multi-dwelling Residential. After removal from the Conditional Use site, the applicant intends to develop the 0.53 acre area with housing for veterans in 20 multi-dwelling units and 15 Group Living units. The multi-dwelling and Group Living development are not under review in this Conditional Use. . . .
