7:00 (10 min): Introductions

7:10 (40 min): Pedestrian Safety in the 6100 Block of SE Woodward. Review notes from our committee’s October community meeting about unsafe conditions on this narrow stretch of Woodward. Discuss next steps. 

7:50 (15 min): 5415 SE Powell Blvd., Findley Commons at St. Mark’s Church site. Review current status, still pre-application. UPDATE 11/19/19: Application submitted.

8:05: Other business—

  • Ongoing large construction sites (Powell Self Storage, Kellogg Middle School)
  • A neighbor’s concerns about traffic speed and volume on SE 58th, south of Woodward
  • 3410B SE 56th Ave. Notice of Accessory Short-Term Rental Permit (Airbnb)
